"The Lord Is Out Of Control" is an intriguingly named atmospheric song from Scottish post-rock outfit Mogwai. It will be on their upcoming release, Rave Tapes. Cinematic in tone, the song is a compelling listen. It is presented here in a video filmed in Hawaii.
