Some people like to creep into their work week meekly. They slink along the hallway, close their office door and sip their first coffee, wondering when they can slip out for lunch. We don't roll that way. We like a hearty greeting, strong coffee, and then we cue up some music that gets us racing through the morning. One of our favorite guitar pop bands,
The New Tigers, have given us just the track with "Spinoff". A reworked song from
Do Xao, the Finnish band's latest album, it gives us the thump, tempo and funk that turns Monday morning into a club dance floor. Our apologies in advance to the folks on the lower floor, but we've got to do what we've got to do.
