OK, slowing down, we wish to inform you that Melbourne' Chapter Music has announced the release of a collection of tunes by Sydney indie pop band The Particles. Titled 1980s Bubblegum, it collects all of the recordings of the band from the period 1980-1984, plus some additional rarities. The Particles started out in the punk space but transitioned to an inventive brand of indie pop that we believe is still vital and interesting today. Check out the album promo video below, and stream the two singles from the album which are available now.
1980s Bubblegum will be out on July 7 via Chapter Music. US fans can purchase at Seasick Records and UK fans can purchase at Monorail Music.
