Alex Lahey - The Best of Luck Club

Best of Luck Club is the sophomore album from young Australian indie rock talent Alex Lahey.  Recorded in Nashville, where a sign on the exit door of a dive bar gave the album its title, it finds the artist refining her hook-filled indie rock and growing in confidence as a songwriter and performer.  Autobiographical in focus, the album wears it heart on its sleeve, addressing the travails of being in one's '20s.  So we get tales of love, break-ups, and burn-out, but Lahey saves room for humor as well.  The result is an album that we will have on our player for months, and then look forward to the third album from Alex Lahey.
