The wonderfully named Hipster Death Squad has appeared on this pages several times. Most of the previous versions have been exceptionally well-crafted electo-pop. However, the current offering from Mr. Glucki is delightful acoustic pop. Note that the second song uses the old Herman's Hermits Song, "Mrs Brown You Have A Lovely Daughter", as a launching pad. Really good stuff, and you can't get a better bargain than free.
